FAMILY SEARCH DEPOSIT

This deposit is non-refundable and is applied in full toward your placement fee at the time of hire.

PERMANENT PLACEMENT FEE

Placement fees are a one-time cost and are due in full to the agency upon offer acceptance. This fee covers all search-related costs and includes our unlimited ongoing support for the length of your relationship with your nanny, as well as our 60-day replacement guarantee.

NANNY SHARE PLACEMENT FEE (PER ADDITIONAL FAMILY)

Each family must register separately and place their own search deposits.

THE NANNIES NORTHWEST GUARANTEE:

An agency search is a significant investment and your happiness is our priority.

If within 60 days of hiring a permanent nanny, you feel you need to make a change, Nannies Northwest will happily search in good faith to facilitate a replacement at no additional cost. Any new searches initiated outside of that 60-day guarantee window will require a new deposit and a new placement fee upon hire, but will receive a returning client discount of 20%.
